Important Points To Note:

  • All items are carefully prepared by different sellers and are perfectly handmade
  • Sometimes there will be slight variation even for identical items because they are handmade
  • Kindly go through the dimensions given for each product to know the exact size of it
  • Product colour may moderately vary due to different photographic lighting sources
  • Occasionally the product may be late to reach your destination due to various reasons(courier delay, pandemic, etc)
  • It is extremely convenient to Filool and buyers if you do payment transactions through Filool’s account rather than directly paying to the seller’s account because if a purchase happens between you and the seller and further any disputes occur, Filool is not responsible for any upcoming issues

Cancellation And Refund Policy:

Filool, sincerely hope that you would not cancel an order once placed.

In rare situations, if you have integral reasons to refund/return the product, warmly note our policy terms below:

  • In case you have received the wrong product (that the product does not match your order) or a damaged one, please take a photo of it and inform us within 24 hours from the time of product was delivered to you

  • If the damage is evident at the time of delivery make note of the destruction on the courier’s copy and the delivery sheet as well as the copy that you retain. We will replace the product within no time according to the availability of the same item. If the same one is unavailable, kindly be patient for its production or you can purchase any other item for the same amount you paid. Also if you couldn’t compromise, you are gratefully refunded

  • Besides, if the product is tampered with, refuse to accept the delivery and return it
